How to Exhibit?

There are a number of ways to participate at NAVDEX to demonstrate and promote your company and the latest products, equipment, systems and vessels.

The indoor exhibition takes place within an air-conditioned structure adjacent to the water. 

Space Only
Individual space stands comprise of indoor exhibition space marked out to the required dimensions: no walls, platforms, or electricity are provided. Height allowed is up to 4 metres: higher is subject to approval and may incur additional charges.

Indoor Shell Space
An indoor shell space stand provides a complete stand package, the minimum stand size is 12sqm which comprises of the space, carpet, walls, 4 spot lights, one 13A socket (220V), name board, information counter, stool, one table, two chairs, lockable storage room and standing literature rack.

First-Time Exhibitor Zone (FTEZ)
The FTEZ is a dedicated area on the exhibition floor for companies to stand out as they participate at NAVDEX for the first-time. This area will attracts great interest from visitors and media who are able to view and test a range of technology and products that have never been seen at NAVDEX before.  Click here.

Located adjacent to the pontoons and the exhibition hall, this option offers the ability to display a static exhibit, build an outside stand or construct a chalet. The outdoor space is marked out to the required dimensions: no walls, platforms, or electricity are provided.

Crafts and vessels can be berthed at the ADNEC Marina on temporary pontoons that are located within walking distance of the indoor exhibition and the outside displays/chalets.

On-water berths are available for crafts of all lengths, and exhibits can be demonstrated on the water at scheduled times throughout each day.

Corporate hospitality chalets are available adjacent to the water for exhibitors to host their guests and clients in a private environment.  Click here
